Sleeping in their room

The boys have been squeezing in our bed for years. We have tried sending them to their own rooms but failed.

Years ago, we tried motivating them by letting them choose their bed. They slept in it for a few days and came back.

Actually sleeping with them is fun. There's pillow talk, pillow fights, snuggle time... etc. Depending on their moods, sometimes both will fight to sleep beside daddy or mommy at the same time.

Unfortunately, they have grown and it is too uncomfortable to squeeze now. We just shifted home on 1 Dec and I took the opportunity to insist they have to sleep in their own room now.

Ryan was ok but mommy needed to accompany Ian in his bed. After an hour, mommy came back to our room thinking Ian has slept. Minutes later, Ian knocked on our door. Mommy got to go over again. I fell asleep awhile later.

Next morning, I saw Ian sleeping beside me. Sigh.... we will keep trying.
